Located on the border between the French Riviera and the Alps, and featured in numerous design magazines, including French Vogue and GQ France, this 200-year old stone built villa is set on two private acres that provide peace and privacy, yet the location is within a five minute walk to the nearest village and an easy drive to the beaches at Cannes (35 minutes), Nice (45 minutes), Antibes (30 minutes) and Monaco (65 minutes). The Nice Cote d’Azur Airport is 45 minutes drive from the villa.
The house has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, a well-equipped chef’s kitchen, two interior living rooms, a dining room that seats 12 people, and an incredible jasmine clad covered summer lounge with views to the sea off the kitchen. There are multiple vast terraces and lounging areas, ocean views, an ancient olive grove and vistas across the hills to the Grasse and the mountains. The south-facing pool has stunning views across the hills to the sea beyond, and the covered cabana provides a shady spot for relaxing after a day exploring the glamorous beauties of the French Riviera.
